1. Cancellation Window: Customers are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling requests. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and accommodate other customers.

2. Cancellation Methods: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting our customer service team via phone at 954-348-3313 or by email at happycleanersdfw@gmail.com. Please provide your name, contact information, and details of the appointment in your cancellation request.

3. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made the day of cleaning without rescheduling intent, will be charged a fee of $50 dollars.

4. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate your request based on our availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative appointment options.

5. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can occur, and we will handle such situations on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us immediately if you encounter an unforeseen circumstance that requires cancellation or rescheduling.

6. No-Show Policy: Failure to notify us of a cancellation or being unavailable at the scheduled appointment time without prior notice will be considered a "no-show." No-shows will be subject to the full cost of the scheduled service, unless rescheduling occurs.

7. Refunds: Refunds are only subject to failure to deliver promised services. For refunds, documentation must be provided and the incident will be reviewed by our team.

If the condition of the home requires us to stay longer than anticipated at the fault of the homeowner, an additional $50 dollars will be charged by the hour. Your bill may also change if the state of your home is worse than listed when submitting a cleaning request.
